Our Butchers are Your Experts

Just like our meats, our butchers have all been purposefully selected to represent the Glick’s family. Some have returned to Glick’s after several years of dedicated service. Others are new and welcomed members of the team. Each are valued for their work ethics, expertise and enthusiasm. Our butchers work under the direction of Lance Garner, our general manager and head butcher. With 25 years behind him, Lance brings a lifetime of experience to his team, which includes Pancho Fergoso, and Thomas Flynn.
