80/20 Burger – Grinding Alchemy

It’s all about the beef, bun and no frill. We use our 35-day dry aged 100% all-natural Angus beef cuts including Sirloin, Chuck, Short Rib & Brisket to get our signature blend. The proprietary grind results in an overall protein-to-fat ratio of 80/20. You can’t have a proprietary burger and use a plain bun, that’s why use buns from Martin’s Famous Pastry Shoppe Inc, in Pennsylvania.

This classic burger, prepared medium well is cooked flat, searing the patty at a high temperature and locks in all juices or fire grilled for an excellent char and distinct smokey flavor. The choices don’t end there – choose from our very own Mormon Fry Sauce, 80/20 Sauce, Pork Belly Jam and pile it high with any of our six options including green chilies, steak chili or shredded verde.
